my heart is full

I have seen these daughter/wedding dress picture ideas floating around Pinterest and figured one day I would do this with Breanna in my dress. Well since I have been trying to disconnect more (and doing more fun stuff) with Breanna I thought why not have a fun little photo-shoot in my wedding dress.

I hope one day when she is older she will appreciate these. I think they are fun and turned out super cute. I took a lot of them but the only ones that really looked good were the ones sitting down, because she is so tiny the dress looked silly. I plan to get one on a canvas and hang up in the house and hopefully to be able to use for her someday (a long long time) for her wedding. These are 2 of my favorite

On my wedding day, I had a low side pony (curled) w a pink Gerber daisy in my hair so I tried to semi re-create w. a pink bow and low side pony.

Tis the season.....

I know it's not even Thanksgiving yet but I am SO ready for the Christmas season!!! In my 'adult years' I NEVER used to be a fan about it, could be because I worked in retail for 5 years and 3 of those years was @ Kaufmanns working in the Visual Display department which meant doing ALL the decorations throughout the store and they had to be up by beginning-november- The 'christmas shop' had to be up by Oct 31. So needless to say it pretty much scarred me for a few years....along with the previous 2 years working as a Mgr at a clothing store...I hated the holidays starting from Black Friday up til the new year.

Once I got out of retail my love for the season slowly came back and this year I love it even more especially now that we have this little peanut to share it with

I am ready for the Christmas music, I am ready to put up my decorations (however I prob wont do it until the weekend after Thanksgiving),  I actually also want to do a 'mini photo shoot' with Bre, so that is another reason I really want to get our decorations up (so I can make christmas cards), I have already half of my christmas shopping done- the other half I have to get it mostly gift cards....I do keep finding small things for Bre that I want to buy, I said I wasnt going to get her much this year cause she really doesnt know what is happening but of course I keep buying! Ill stop eventually right!?!? ok dont answer that I know wont....
