weekend stuff

This weekend was a fun  weekend, we enjoyed some absolutely beautiful weather, went trick or treating (twice), got Christmas pictures taken & played in leaves.

Our town has a luminary trail walk at night and the kids get to trick or treat and then (before or after) get to go to the library to enjoy snacks, make crafts and get your picture taken...have to say our first year was a successful one & her costume turned out super cute! (This year was our first at Trick or Treating and it was definitely a fun one, we made up for not going the past years!)

Saturday we went and got B's Christmas pictures taken. I can't wait to see how they turn out, she had a little house with candy all over it! After we stopped at my parents and then went to another trick or treating at the one strip mall! Bre decided she wanted to be Anna and lucky for her Elsa and Anna were there to meet with this kids and take pictures! After we got some candy we waited to get her face painted and she was so so excited!!! She chose a pink princess crown. After we grabbed some Eat N Park and then just enjoyed the gorgeous weather & played in the leaves!

By Saturday evening B wasn't feeling her best her nose was runny and she was just tired(thank you no nap!) so we just relaxed the rest of the evening. Saturday bedtime was not fun at all B woke up with having a hard time breathing so I brought her in our room then eventually she woke up again with a horrible cramp in her leg and was in pure hysterics. Finally after about an hour n half she finally fell back asleep then was back up again at 5 and pretty much up for the day 

So our plans to go to the pumpkin patch yesterday were squashed (thankfully we made a quick trip last weekend) and we had a lazy day at home to try and kick this cold.

• lateness- (I am 98% early/on time for everything) I despise when I have plans and people are late and worse when they just don't call and let you know! If you are running late, I get it just let me know!!! 
• interrupting when I'm talking - especially if you are trying to on-up on what I am talking about.
• One-uppers- I think this one explains itself!
• Their, There, They're, Your You're another that pretty much explains itself!
• Rude people when driving (not saying thank-you when you let them in front of you)

And though I have many more, I will leave with this...

Biggest Fear....

While I am a big baby when it comes to scary stuff....no scary movies or haunted houses for this chick, my biggest fear definitely would be heights. (I literally will have a panic attack!)

Good news starting to come our way,(NO! We're not having another baby) I don't want to get too into yet until it's 100% confirmed (may still be a few weeks) but I am glad things are starting to look up!

Sometimes a post ends up being a post of just randomness-so that is what today is all about.

*We have been having troubles in our house at night w. sleeping and being afraid of the dark, so we made Bre some scare be gone spray and so far its been working pretty well!

*This weekend was yet another lazy one, Saturday B had to check my parents/aunts furnaces so we ran out there with him to visit and we wanted to meet my aunts new foster pup (she was hit by a car and had to get her leg amputated)

*I received my beautiful flowers from The Bouqs (review post this week)

*Sunday my friend Marella came over to visit (I haven't seen here in about 4 years) and it was so great to catch up and she finally got to meet Breanna

*I am  getting Bres pics done this weekend I am excited- The girl we are going to is using a gingerbread house as the backdrop

*I finally picked up bedding for Bres big girl room. I have had my eye on a bedding set at Target for awhile now but I couldn't bring myself to spend $60 and it was on clearance (now we just gotta get the bed from Ikea and rip up the carpet)

*We are supposed to go to the pumpkin patch this weekend with friends, I am hoping the weather cooperates, last year it was almost 80

laid back & lazy

That is really how I enjoy my weekends anymore! This weekend wasn't anything spectacular but we got some family time in and it was pretty awesome!

Friday- Breanna and I headed out to deliver hoagies at my moms work and we grabbed lunch with my mom after and enjoyed the rest of the day just being pretty lazy! We ordered some dinner and just vegged out once B got home from work.

Saturday we were out the door pretty early (10am) and headed over to my brothers for the day. We haven't seen them in a few months so it was nice to catch-up, we stayed over there for the day and Breanna had a blast and loves playing w. her cousins. They also just recently got the cutest puppy (Jax)

Sunday was just a normal grocery shopping day. We made some chili, took naps, and vegged out!!
