party & 2 year check-up

This year we decided last minute to just do a small family party, to save some money and less stressful and I have to say it was PERFECT! Every thing about the day was great! The weather, the food and the company! My mom surprised her with a Cinderella birthday cake!

We just cooked out and had a very relaxing day! I seriously couldn't have asked for anything better! There was however a `small` breakdown when we started singing happy birthday to her...she did the same thing the week before at my nephews party. She loved running around and playing with her cousins. All in all it was a perfect day for our perfect gal!

Monday we had her 2 year check up and she of course, cried as soon as we walked in, it took her about 20 min and some snacks to finally calm down and stop crying. She actually did really well this time once the doctor came in, thankfully no shot this time so it was a pretty easy visit! She is however a tall and skinny gal...she is 35.5in and 24.4 lbs. But the doctor doesn't seem to concerned about her weight because she is still on the same spectrum since she was first visiting him, however, she jumped from 75-90% on height and she grew 3in since her 18 mo appointment.  Last month we had to go get her blood draw and she did pretty awesome! Doctor said her levels are good but we still have to give her multi-vitamin w. iron in it because its border line. We will go back in 6mo for another appt. and hopefully not before.
